On Women’s Day, Our Social Responsibility Project “Only We Truly Understand Us”: Care Packages for the Primary Needs of Women Affected by the Earthquake

Our women employees are among the most valuable strengths of our company. We always prioritize their needs and challenges, honoring them each year with special events, talks, and celebrations. In 2023, we took this special bond one step further by launching a meaningful social responsibility project aimed at supporting women in the earthquake-affected regions.

Through the project titled “Only We Truly Understand Us,” we prepared care packages addressing the primary needs of women impacted by the disaster. These packages were sent to Hatay through the United Nations. The women of Öztiryakiler personally assembled each package using specially provided materials, labeling them with their own names—ensuring that each box reached a woman in need.

Every package prepared by the hands of our women employees became a symbol of solidarity and a beacon of hope. Because we believe that no one understands us better than we do—and in unity, we find our greatest strength.
