Inspiring Gatherings on Women’s Day: Special Events for Women Employees at Öztiryakiler

At Öztiryakiler, we deeply value the efforts, creativity, and strength of our women employees. We view March 8th, International Women’s Day, not just as a celebration, but as a day of inspiration and awareness. With this perspective, we organize special events each year, enriched with unique themes, to honor and support our women employees.

In past years, we hosted a delightful fruit tart workshop led by MasterChef contestant Ekin Eylem Ulaş, creating moments filled with flavor and joy. This event showcased the culinary creativity of our women employees while reinforcing the power of collaboration and sharing.

In another year, we offered artistic experiences through a traditional ebru marbling art workshop and a candle-making session that highlighted the beauty of handcrafts—allowing our participants to explore their artistic talents.

Additionally, to promote health and well-being, we organized talks on nutrition and healthy living. These sessions, led by expert speakers, empowered our women employees with practical insights to enhance their physical and mental wellness.
